Kirin is a beautiful example of a Lyle Hess Cutter, she was built in the forest out of the Douglas fir that surrounded her. Kirin is bronze fastened with bronze floors and hardware throughout. Under sail Kirin is fast and incredibly well balanced, Kirin regularly will out preform more “modern” boats. Kirin is the perfect blend of form and function a dream to sail and beautiful to look at.
